pilot terms
Effective 30 August 2026 · £49/month per Zoho organisation · billed monthly in GBP
1. Business pilot and scope
The Shipped Balance pilot is offered to business customers for one Zoho Inventory organisation. For supported partially fulfilled Sales Orders, it previews quantities already shipped and not yet invoiced and can create a native Zoho Draft invoice for review.
2. Starting the pilot
Customers start the pilot through the Stripe checkout linked from the Shipped Balance product page. After successful checkout, the customer is directed to the onboarding page to provide the business and workflow information needed for the configuration fit check. Payment does not mean every Zoho configuration is supported.
3. Price, payment and renewal
The pilot costs £49 per month per Zoho organisation, billed in GBP. Payment is processed by Stripe. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Any applicable tax shown at checkout is additional unless stated otherwise.
4. Draft-only boundary
Shipped Balance does not automatically send invoices, collect payment, mark invoices as paid or replace Zoho's accounting workflow. The customer remains responsible for reviewing every Draft before any downstream action.
5. Supported scope
The pilot is limited to the staged-shipment workflow described on the Shipped Balance product page. ScopeMill checks the organisation during onboarding and may stop setup or a transaction where the workflow falls outside the current pilot scope or cannot be handled safely.
6. Permissions and data
ScopeMill discloses the Zoho Inventory permissions required before authorisation and uses only the records needed for the agreed workflow. Customers should not send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, payment-card details or unnecessary customer personal data by email or through onboarding forms. Shipped Balance does not automatically send invoices or mark them as paid. Use of personal data is also subject to the ScopeMill Privacy Policy.
7. Cancellation
The pilot has no fixed term. Customers may cancel future renewals by emailing [email protected] or through a subscription-management route where one is provided. Unless ScopeMill agrees otherwise, cancellation does not create a refund for a billing period that has already begun.
8. Service issues and refunds
If the onboarding fit check shows that the organisation cannot be supported within the current pilot boundary, ScopeMill refunds the first payment in full and cancels the subscription. If, after onboarding, a ScopeMill technical limitation prevents the agreed workflow from being provided for the current billing period, contact ScopeMill so an appropriate refund or cancellation can be arranged.
9. Pilot status and responsibility
The pilot may change as the product develops. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice. The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy and appropriateness of each Draft before sending, approving or otherwise acting on it.
10. Statutory rights
Nothing in these pilot terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The pilot is marketed and sold for business use.
