Subscription terms

Monthly subscription · no fixed term · business customers

1. Service

Traffic PI provides non-exclusive B2B prospect research based on public Traffic Commissioner Applications & Decisions, current operator-licence data, public company information and verified public business sources. Delivery may include checked PDF case notes, CSV exports, and matching published relisting or Traffic Commissioner decision updates for delivered cases.

2. Subscription and billing

The subscription is £99 per month and is billed through Stripe. It renews monthly until cancelled. The Stripe checkout page shows the amount due before purchase.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals once processed. Fees already charged are not retrospectively refunded except where required by law or agreed by ScopeMill.

4. No fixed signal quota

Signal volume follows Traffic Commissioner publication activity and ScopeMill review. Recent observed volume is informative only. No minimum weekly or monthly number of signals is guaranteed.

5. No guaranteed instruction or available work

A Public Inquiry signal does not mean the operator wants external help, lacks an adviser, will respond or will instruct the subscriber. The operator receives its call-up before the public Applications & Decisions signal becomes available. Subscribers decide independently whether a case is worth investigating.

6. Accuracy and verification

ScopeMill uses reasonable care to match operator, licence and company information and to retain the official source. Public sources can contain errors, omissions and later changes. Subscribers must verify the current official record before relying on it or contacting an operator.

7. Non-exclusive supply

The same public event may be supplied to more than one subscriber. No territory, account or category exclusivity applies unless agreed separately in writing.

8. Permitted use

The service is for the subscriber organisation's internal business-development and research use. Do not resell, publish, scrape or systematically redistribute the feed, or use it to build a competing database or service, without written permission.

9. Customer compliance

Subscribers are responsible for ensuring that any prospecting, direct-marketing, professional-services marketing and sales activity complies with applicable law and professional rules.

10. Sources and independence

ScopeMill is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Traffic Commissioners, DVSA or the Department for Transport. Public-sector source material is used subject to the applicable Open Government Licence terms.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ScopeMill is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue or loss arising from a subscriber's outreach or commercial decisions. ScopeMill's aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to fees paid by the subscriber for the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Service changes

ScopeMill may refine filters, alert formats and delivery processes while preserving the core service. Material changes affecting price or core scope will be communicated before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule that applies.
